An ideal house for an individual with EMF Sensitivity is one that is solar powered. The power grid is considered to provide “dirty power,” that is, with frequencies above and beyond the 50-60 Hz that the electricity company is supposed to deliver to your house. To the extent that you use solar power, you will reduce any effect from dirty power.

C) Location: Power Lines
Finally, look for housing on smaller roads, away from highways where cell towers tend to proliferate. If you are on a dead end road, chances are there will be fewer power lines in your area as well.
Any location that has buried power lines, will usually be more easily tolerated by a person with EMF Sensitivity.
D) Location: The Urban Paradox
Depending on your location, sometimes the safest place for an EMF Sensitive individual is in the middle of a city.
Buildings themselves act as shields from ElectroMagnetic Fields. This is particularly true of commercial buildings which are usually very solidly built.

B) Location: Topography
You should drive the few blocks around the house to understand the topography of the region.
The Topography of the region will dictate the strength of the signals that you will receive from surrounding towers. Some signals require Line of Sight in order to affect your area. So, if there is a large hill between you and a tower, there is a reasonable chance that the signal from the tower might not be able to reach you.
Houses are most protected at the bottom of a hill, where the house is situated as close as possible to a hill or mountain side.
You should also consider areas that are less urban, as there will naturally be fewer towers and less electricity in these areas. With the rise of WiMax, many urban centers have become very difficult for EMF sensitive individuals to support. You may find that you have to leave an entire valley, in order to escape a WiMax network.
